James T. Earle
Managing Principal

For the past eight years, James has refined his industry skills and developed an astute expertise in the environmental field, demonstrated by the many successful outcomes with industrial hygiene and earth science related issues. As a seasoned project manager, he has overseen the operation of countless demolition projects ranging from the deconstruction of boiler systems and fan house units to the conversion of school buildings into loft apartment units. James’ project portfolio includes numerous investigations, inspections, project design, and oversight within the areas of asbestos, lead-paint, indoor air quality, hazardous materials, and construction site clean-up. He has worked on a variety of projects, including projects for several St. Louis school districts, Progressive Environmental, Maritz, Inc.; St. Louis Archdiocese, and Washington University in St. Louis.

Anthony W. Hagerty
Managing Principal

For the last decade, Anthony has achieved a high level of success in the environmental field, specializing in industrial hygiene and earth science related issues. With a comprehensive and authoritative knowledge of project management, he has headed a diverse number of demolition projects from deconstructing boiler systems and fan house units to converting school buildings into loft apartment units. In addition, Anthony’s work experience includes numerous investigations, inspections, project design, and oversight within the fields of asbestos, lead-based paint, indoor air quality, hazardous materials, and job site clean-up. His clients have included several St. Louis school districts, Progressive Environmental, Maritz, Inc.; St. Louis Archdiocese, and Washington University in St. Louis.
